The Planning Application Process

When assessing and determining applications, the Authority will consider the Hobart Waterfront Urban Design Framework in addition to the planning scheme requirements.

The Authority will also have access to expert advice from the Sullivans Cove Design Panel.

The Authority may also defer consideration of a permit application until a development plan is made.
