The Sullivans Cove Waterfront Authority has a schedule of fees for statutory planning, building, plumbing and other statutory matters.
These fees are payable at the time an application or request is made.
Payment can be made by credit card, EFTPOS or cheque. Sorry - we are unable to accept cash.

Planning Fees
There are a number of planning fees:
Planning Permit Application
- Minimum fee: $159.60
- Where the estimated cost of development is less than $500,000: $1.33 for every $1,000 (or part of $1,000) of the estimated cost
- Where the estimated cost of development is $500,000 or more: $665 plus $0.67 for every $1,000 (or part of $1,000) of the estimated cost
- Maximum fee: $6,650.00
Signs
- $66.50 for each sign up to three (3) signs
- $219.45 for four (4) or more signs
Minor Amendment of Permit
Planning Scheme Amendment
- Request to amend the planning scheme: $877.80
- Advertisement of planning scheme amendment: $219.45
Notice of a Planning Permit Application
- Public notification of discretionary applications: $219.45
Extension of a Planning Permit
Preparation of a Part 5 Agreement
- $306.25 plus GST
- Registration fee payable to Crown Land Services: $85.50
Subdivision Fees
- Request for approval of subdivision plan: $279.30, plus $106.40 for each proposed new lot on the subdivision plan
Fees for Other Matters
- Heritage Works Application (notice and administration): $97.09
- Certificate under s.90 of the Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993: $266.00
- Application to amend a sealed plan: $332.50
- Application for an adhesion order: $199.50
- Certificate of approval for Strata Title: $399.00
