Amendment 2-2008
Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1997
The Resource Planning and Development Commission has given approval to Amendment 2-2008 of the Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1997, which came into operation on Monday 8 December 2008.
The amendment seeks to correct minor errors and anomalies and clarify provisions in Schedule 4 – Signs. The changes are considered minor and will improve the readability and interpretation of the schedule.
An updated version of the planning scheme incorporating amendment 2-2008 is now available to download.

Amendment 1-2008
Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1997
The Resource Planning and Development Commission has given approval to Amendment 1-2008 of the Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1997, which came into operation on Tuesday 15 July 2008.
The amendment inserts a Footpath and Road Median Material Types Plan (Figure 9b) into ‘Schedule 3 – Public Urban Space’ of the planning scheme, with associated textual changes in ‘As or Right’ Buildings or Works (Clause 24.4.4) and the ‘List of Figures’.
It will allow for a co-ordinated approach to resurfacing and replacement of surface materials on all footpaths and road medians (pedestrian refuges in roads) within the Cove.

Amendment 1-2007
Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1997
The Resource Planning and Development Commission has given approval to Amendment 1-2007 of the Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1997, which came into operation on Thursday 5 June 2008.
The amendment replaces ‘Schedule 4 − Signage’ with a revised version, plus makes consequential and administrative changes in the following parts of the document:
- Table of contents
- List of figures
- Wapping Local Area Plan (clause 15.5.3)
- Part F - Key Sites
- Part G - Definitions

Amendment 2-2006
The Resource Planning and Development Commission gave final approval to Amendment 1-2006 of the Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1997 on 22 May 2007.
The amendment addresses a number of items in ‘Schedule 3 – Public Urban Space’ and ‘Part G – Definitions’ to remove inconsistencies and clarify the readability and interpretation of the provisions.
Amendment 1-2006
The Resource Planning and Development Commission gave final approval to Amendment 1-2006 of the Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1997 on 11 September 2006.
The amendment relates to correcting minor errors and anomalies and removing any inconsistencies in the planning scheme.
