Design Notes

Design Notes have been produced by the Sullivans Cove Waterfront Authority and are guides only - they are not statutory documents. Design Notes should be read in conjunction with the Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1997 and the Hobart Waterfront Urban Design Framework 2004.

The Authority’s planning officers are pleased to answer any queries you may have and to provide advice.  Our offices are located at 5 Franklin Wharf, Hobart.

Our opening hours are 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, or at other times by appointment.  Although an appointment is not necessary, it is preferable to arrange a time.
