Planning Determinations

Determinations for the period commencing 1 January 2009 are listed in the table below. Determinations prior to this period are provided as print-friendly PDF files and appear at the end of the following table.

Some developments may require approval from the Tasmanian Heritage Council as well as the Sullivans Cove Waterfront Authority, and any decision made by these organisations may be challenged by lodging an appeal with the Resource Management & Planning Appeals Tribunal.

As a guide to planning determinations, please use the following key:

Sullivans Cove Waterfront Authority: Applications for planning permits under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993.

Tasmanian Heritage Council: Applications for approval to carry out works under the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995.

Resource Management & Planning Appeals Tribunal: Appeals lodged against a decision made by the Sullivans Cove Waterfront Authority or the Tasmanian Heritage Council leading to final determinations made by the Tribunal.
